The Ministry of Finance has announced this. This year marks the fourth time the ceremony will be held. As is tradition, it will coincide with Finance Professionals’ Day, which is celebrated annually in Moldova on August 15. During the event, the achievements of professionals from the private and public sectors in developing and strengthening Moldova’s financial system will be recognized.
As specified, colleagues or representatives of the professional community may nominate candidates.
The nominations are divided into two groups: private-sector and public-sector professionals. In the private sector, winners will be selected in the categories “Best Accountant,” “Best Chief Financial Officer,” and “Best Auditor.”
In the public sector, awards are given for the best accountant, the best internal auditor of a public authority, and the best finance officer of a district council.
Nominations may be submitted through August 9, 2026, by filling out the appropriate online form. The form and regulations for organizing and conducting the 2026 Financial Gala are available on the Ministry of Finance’s website.
You must provide your personal information and a valid email address on the form. Candidates are nominated on a “one person, one vote” basis.
