    The National Agency for Communications Regulation (ARCOM) has decided to establish a unified technical mechanism for the implementation of the mobile number verification API by mobile operators in the Republic of Moldova—S.A. “Moldtelecom,” Î.M. “Orange Moldova” S.A., and S.A. “Moldcell,” with the aim of preventing and combating caller ID spoofing (CLI spoofing).
