    The draft tax and customs policy for 2027 provides for amendments to the Law on Temporary Disability Benefits and Other Social Insurance Benefits. It is proposed to extend the calculation period for determining benefits from 12 to 36 months. In addition, the current benchmark of 35% of the projected average monthly wage for the economy is planned to be replaced with 35% of the national minimum wage. At the same time, the percentage formulas (30%, 60%/30%, and 90%) will remain in effect, depending on the option selected by the beneficiary.
