According to the announcement, projects should include non-commercial activities aimed at preventing drug use and reducing disease risks, in line with national health policy priorities. Initiatives can have a local, regional or national level of impact and must deliver specific results within a defined time period.

The competition is open to non-profit organizations – associations, foundations or institutions established under the law. Applicants may submit both individual projects and projects implemented in partnership with other organizations, provided that a cooperation agreement is provided.

Projects will be selected on the basis of an evaluation scale. The highest number of points will be awarded for the quality and relevance of the project proposal, including a description of the problem and the proposed strategy for its solution. Other criteria include project relevance, budget realism, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, project sustainability, project progress, and the experience of the team responsible for implementation.

The deadline for project submission is June 15, 2026. Documents can be sent electronically to [email protected] or submitted in a sealed envelope.

The opening of envelopes will take place on June 16, 2026.
