This follows from published statement of the ministry. The press service said that the Russian armed forces, according to their statement, are launching “successive systemic strikes” against enterprises of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex in Kiev. In particular, this refers to facilities related to the production and training of drones with the participation of NATO specialists, whom the Foreign Ministry mentioned in the context of the supply of components, intelligence and target designation.
It is noted that these measures are related to the attack of the AFU drones on the night of May 22 on the educational building and dormitory of one of the educational institutions in Starobelsk. The agency held the Ukrainian side responsible for the strike and stated that it had violated the norms of international law.
Ukrainian officials and independent international confirmations of the details stated in the report were not given.
