Seafood Expo Global is considered the world’s largest professional platform for the seafood industry. According to the organizers, in 2026 it gathered more than 2 thousand exhibitors and tens of thousands of participants from more than 150 countries, including producers, processors and buyers from all over the world.
Participation in such an exposition is seen as one of the key tools for producers from different countries to promote exports and enter international markets. Moldovan companies used it to promote products and establish business contacts.
It should be noted that Seafood Expo Global is held annually in Barcelona and is considered the key event of the industry, uniting the whole chain – from extraction and aquaculture to processing and retail.
