Zelensky named 4 countries that are missing in the EU. Moldova is not among them

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview with a Ukrainian TV channel has named four countries "which are missing in the European Union". Moldova is not among them.

“We want to be in the EU, and I am sure: if some EU representatives do not make mistakes, we will end up there. I would say so – it’s a matter of time,” Zelensky said.

“First of all, it is precisely from the point of view of security. And security today is a priority for everyone. And an alliance that could be much stronger is an alliance of countries like Norway, Ukraine, the UK and Turkey. These are the four countries that are missing in the European Union,” Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his opinion.

“We are not looking for any alternative. I just think that these four countries are very strong and could strengthen the EU” – said the President of Ukraine.
