Until the end of September, the third stage of admission continues. The Ministry of Education and Science called it “good news for candidates who want to continue their studies in Moldova”.
Those wishing to apply can submit their documents directly to the university, but already in the original – unlike the first two rounds, when registration took place online. At this stage, it is possible to choose only one university and one specialty, unlike the previous rounds, where it was possible to apply for three specialties to three universities at the same time.

Иона Крянгэ (148 мест), Техническом университете Молдовы (78 мест), Государственном университете им. Алеко Руссо в Бэлць (92 места), Государственном университете им. B. P. Hasdeu State University in Cahul (29 places), State University in Comrat (14 places) and the Military Academy of the Armed Forces (43 places). The greatest number of vacancies are in the areas of pedagogical sciences, agriculture, engineering, natural sciences, as well as security and defense.
There are 179 budget places available for Master’s degree programs in the third phase. The largest number of places is represented at the State University of Moldova (53 places) and the Technical University of Moldova (39 places). The least number of places for Master’s programs is offered at the Ion Creanga Pedagogical University (8 places), as well as at the Universities of Balti and Cahul.
After the first two phases of admission in 2025, 15,925 students were enrolled in the Licentiate programs, 1034 more than last year (+7%). The Master’s degree programs enrolled 5127 students.
