Taxpayer information is automatically populated when applications are submitted, and users can verify the data before submitting.

The launch of the new interface is accompanied by the introduction of two new classifiers: business units and taxable entities. In this context, all data previously registered by taxpayers must be updated in accordance with the new classifiers between August 28, 2026, and April 30, 2027.

If, during the update process, the address of the business unit where the cash register and control equipment (KKO) is registered and used changes, the taxpayer must update the data in the KKO. To reprogram the address, the taxpayer should contact the KKO supplier or the technical support center.

Subsequently, a request to change the data in the Unified Cash Register System (ECK) must be submitted in accordance with the established procedure through the technical support center (for cash registers and fiscal printers) or to the IT Center “Information Technologies in Finance” (for IT systems).

The State Tax Service recommends that taxpayers verify their data in advance and make the necessary updates by the established deadlines to ensure the accuracy and compliance of tax information with legal requirements and to avoid overloading the system as the deadline approaches.
