The new digital solution allows taxpayers to manage, in a simplified and standardized manner, online operations related to the registration, modification, updating, suspension, resumption, and closure of business units and taxable entities.
The new interface offers a simpler and more transparent data management process. Taxpayer information is automatically populated when applications are submitted, and users can verify the data before electronically signing and submitting them.
Another advantage is the immediate availability of electronic confirmations, which can be viewed in the “Certificates/Confirmations” section after an application is accepted.
Up to 25 business units and/or taxable entities can be selected simultaneously in a single update request, allowing taxpayers to manage large numbers of records more efficiently.
The launch of the new interface is accompanied by the introduction of a new Classifier of Business Unit Types and a new Classifier of Taxable Entity Types. In this context, all previously registered data on business units and taxable entities must be updated in accordance with the new classifiers between August 28, 2026, and April 30, 2027.
