The maximum price for AI-95 gasoline will be 30 lei and 82 bani (20 bani more than today) per liter, and for diesel fuel—33.06 lei (34 bani more) per liter.
Interestingly, diesel fuel prices in Moldova are higher than in some neighboring, more developed European countries.
The average retail price for diesel fuel in European countries currently ranges from 1.60 to 2.46 euros per liter.
Cheapest diesel: Malta (~€1.20), Turkey (~€1.42), Moldova (~€1.58). Mid-range: Poland (~€1.83), Germany (~€2.25), France (~€2.18). Most expensive diesel: Denmark (~€2.46), Switzerland (~€2.32), the Netherlands (~€2.30).
