
The document presents a list of 16 priority digital services for business activities across five areas (business formation and dissolution; post-registration activities; day-to-day interactions with government agencies; activities of legal entities; and registration of special rights).
It is expected that the digitization of government services will reduce administrative barriers and operational costs for businesses, eliminate the need to resubmit data, and help attract investment.
Thus, the authorities intend to minimize the restrictions faced by taxpayers. The EVO portal will feature information—including in English—on the procedures for accessing the State Tax Service’s electronic services.
The action plan provides for the ability for legal entities to open bank accounts using electronic identification and customer identity verification (eKYC), to obtain notary services through the e-Notariat information system, to develop guides (“Registration of Real Estate,” “Submitting an Application for Preliminary Approval of Investments Relevant to National Security”), as well as instructions on procedures for preparing and submitting statistical reports, and more.
By the end of this year, digital solutions are expected to be implemented for residents, foreign citizens, and members of the diaspora alike.
