It allows companies to get up-to-date information on salaries, positions and skills in demand in the labor market in minutes.

Unlike traditional surveys that are published once a year, the platform’s data is updated continuously. The system analyzes more than 80,000 job advertisements from 12,000 companies, covering 1,800 job groups in the Baltic States.

From June 7, 2026, EU companies are obliged to justify salary levels and gender differences in salaries. So far, in Latvia this requirement has been mainly based on salary surveys conducted once a year or on internal company data.

ERDA data shows that the salary difference between accountants, for example, can be as high as 76%. And for a salesperson – 63 %.

“Under the influence of artificial intelligence, the required competencies are changing faster than before,” the Latvian portal delfi quoted an ERDA representative as saying. – Companies need more accurate and up-to-date data”.

Initially, the platform is available in Latvia, but it is planned to expand to Lithuania and other European countries in the near future.
