This was reported by the National Bureau of Grape and Wine, noting that this decision actually secures a place for Moldovan varieties on the “wine map” of the planet. Now they are presented next to the key grape varieties of different countries – in a space where tens of thousands of visitors come every year to study the history of wine in an interactive format.

Tastings and multimedia itineraries are offered in the center of the exposition, where visitors can not only see but also taste samples. Moldovan wines are also included in the program. They are presented by such producers as Radacini, Chateau Vartely Winery, Vinum.md, Apriori Wine, Castel Mimi Wines, Vinaria din Vale, Salcuta and Fautor Winery.

The museum emphasizes that it is not just an exhibition, but a living space where wine culture is explained through experience – taste, aroma and history of origin.

It should be noted that Cité du Vin is a large interactive center with an area of more than 13 thousand square meters dedicated to the world wine culture. The final point of the route is a panoramic tasting with a view of Bordeaux.

For Moldova, this is a chance that brings national varieties into the international cultural context and strengthens their recognizability among the world’s wine regions.
