It was developed by the Agency of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre for the next phase of the real estate valuation and revaluation project.
As Logos Press previously reported, the next stage of the large-scale national project of real estate valuation and revaluation began on May 1, 2026. Within 90 days, until July 31, 2026, all commercial and industrial real estate objects in Moldova will be revalued.
These include non-residential structures and isolated premises, as well as land plots on which such structures are located or are planned to be located, in all settlements of Moldova.
Business representatives are encouraged to participate in this process, as their opinion is of basic importance for determining an accurate valuation in the new system. The consultation stage with owners is necessary to identify and correct possible inconsistencies in the cadastral system, the Agency of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre said.
Such a public consultation with owners in Moldova is undertaken for the first time in order to make the process transparent and democratic.
