The estimated cost of the project will be 7.1 million lei, and the funds are expected to come from the Road Fund.

What the system will include:

Data on roads, bridges, culverts, sidewalks, and access roads;

Road safety elements (guardrails, traffic signs, road markings, lighting);

Monitoring of the condition of each road section;

Timely identification of maintenance and repair needs.

The main visual component of the system will be an interactive map (GIS), which users can use to explore, analyze, and interact with road infrastructure objects registered in the system.

The system will be integrated with MConnect, MPass, MNotify, MLog, MConnect Events, and other government registries. Access to the data will be granted to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development, the National Transport Agency, local authorities, international partners, and citizens.
