ANSA Recalls Eggs Contaminated with Salmonella 

The National Food Safety Agency (ANSA) is informing consumers about the recall of a batch of table eggs produced by SRL "DANT-AGRO" (Pyrlitsa, Ungheni).

The recall was initiated after Salmonella Typhimurium was detected in fecal samples collected from laying hens at the producer’s farm. Under these circumstances, there is a risk that eggs from this batch may be contaminated.

Product name: Chicken eggs (eggs for human consumption)

Manufacturer: SRL “DANT-AGRO”

Manufacturer code: 3MD UN 015

Place of origin: Pyrlitsa village, Ungheni district

Expiration date: all production dates up to and including July 20, 2026.

ANSA recommends not consuming eggs from the specified batch. Customers who have purchased this product are strongly advised to return it to the retail outlet where it was purchased.
