Fly One

This reported on Friday by g4media.ro.

FlyOne was founded in 2015, when Vladimir Cebotari served as justice minister and was a close associate of former Democratic Party leader Vlad Plahotniuc. According to the portal, his wife, Maria Cebotari, was among the founders, owning 40% of the shares.

A statement issued by the Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Organized Crime and Special Cases (PCCOCS) said in a statement that the actions targeted a construction company, including the offices of an airport company.

According to the law enforcement organization’s statement, the searches were conducted as part of a tax evasion and money laundering case.
