Marina Shelaru
According to the association, Marina Shelaru will continue to build on ACAP’s already established cooperation at the national and international levels and will work to further strengthen the organization in line with the Board of Directors’ strategy.
Marina Shelaru is a certified auditor and founder of the audit company Uenet&Audit SRL. She has authored and co-authored professional publications addressing the development of the audit profession, including a paper on the development of the audit profession and the role of ACAP in the Republic of Moldova.
The Association expressed its gratitude to Natalia Zlatina, who held the position of Executive Director since January 2018.
ACAP was established in 1996 and as of December 31, 2025, has 835 members, including students in professional educational programs.
ACAP is a full member of IFAC (International Federation of Accountants), ECCAA (Eurasian Council of Certified Accountants and Auditors) and an associate member of FIDEF (International Federation of French-speaking Expert Accountants).
The Chairman of the Board of the Association of Professional Accountants and Auditors is Elena Paneinte.
