According to the State Statistics Service, all enterprises, institutions and organizations that are located in the controlled territories must again submit statistical reports, as it was before the war.
Amendments to the law on the protection of the interests of subjects of filing reports and other documents during martial law or a state of war were adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on June 18 and signed by the president on July 3. The amendments to the law have been published today.
The amendments restore:
Regular and mandatory reporting from businesses;
Possibility to conduct sample surveys of the population regarding living conditions, income, employment, agricultural activities, etc;
Statistical justification of social, economic and demographic policies.
For respondents who were not able to report during the martial law period, there is a three-month transition period until October 5, 2025. During this time, it is possible to submit reporting for previous periods without penalties.
