Orders, medals, and honorary titles were awarded to representatives of education, culture, the media, law enforcement, the military, customs, and other sectors. Among those honored were Central Election Commission Chairwoman (CEC) Angelica Caraman, the Executive Director of the Institute for Public Policy Arcadie Barbăroșie, the Chairman of the Promo-LEX Association Ion Manole, as well as journalists, educators, military personnel, and artists. The state awards were conferred in recognition of professionalism and active work in key areas that contribute to strengthening the rule of law and the country’s development, as well as for promoting cultural and national values, the image, and the interests of the Republic of Moldova on the international stage.
