City officials have assured residents of the capital of this. Currently, the water intake station in Vadul-lui-Vodă is operating as usual. At the same time, all additional pumping units built and installed on the station’s premises are ready for immediate commissioning should the situation require it.

The investments made by the Chisinau administration in collaboration with specialists from Apă-Canal Chișinău S.A. were aimed at strengthening the security of the water supply system. These measures help maintain the necessary water level in the area of the water intake station and ensure the uninterrupted operation of the process.

In addition, the dam built near the water intake station helps maintain optimal water levels, providing additional support for the safe operation of the entire system.

Apă-Canal Chișinău, S.A., in collaboration with the Chișinău City Hall, continuously monitors the hydrological situation and has all the necessary technical solutions in place to respond effectively to any adverse scenario, so that the city’s residents can consistently enjoy reliable and uninterrupted water supply services.

Logos Press previously reported that city officials are maintaining constant communication and exchanging data on this issue with the government and Prime Minister Vasile Tofan.
