A separate section containing information on companies’ permits will be added to the registry. It will specify the type and status of the permits, the validity periods of EU licenses, the number of vehicles operated under the permits, their registration numbers, and their countries of registration. Information on the suspension or revocation of a license and the reasons for such actions will also be included, as well as certified copies of the EU license.
The Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development is proposing a new structure for the registry of road transport operators. These changes are included in the draft amendments to the Regulation on the Procedure for Maintaining State Registries that are part of the “e-Autorizație transport” information system.
Thus, the risk rating will be classified into one of four categories—“gray,” “green,” “orange,” or “red.” Information about the motor carrier manager will also become more detailed. The information will now include the manager’s date and place of birth, the date and country of issuance of the professional competence certificate, the number of companies and vehicles under their management, as well as details regarding their suitability or unsuitability.
A separate section is provided for serious violations—specifying their category, type, date, and other details.
The new regulations are scheduled to take effect on June 30, 2027.
