The new platform automatically verifies applicants’ eligibility and reduces the processing time for funding applications from eight to three business days. Additionally, some of the required information will be automatically retrieved from public registries, which will simplify the submission process and reduce the risk of errors when filling out forms.
According to ODA representatives, the platform represents a new step in the digitalization of services for the business community and is designed to facilitate entrepreneurs’ access to funding opportunities and support services offered by the organization.
“By streamlining processes and automating eligibility checks, we are offering entrepreneurs faster, more transparent, and more efficient access to support programs and financing opportunities,” said ODA Director Vadim Codreanu.
During the testing period, the platform will be used to verify functionality and operational workflows.
Information entered by users will be used exclusively for this purpose, without initiating any administrative procedures for assessment or the provision of funding.
Representatives of the OPTIM project, implemented by Helvetas Moldova with support from the Swiss government, assert that digitizing the financing process will simplify the use of funds intended for the business community, and facilitate real-time data exchange, thereby expanding entrepreneurs’ access to support tools.
