PSD leader Sorin Grindeanu noted that it has not been possible to find a compromise on the formation of the cabinet, which means that early elections “are a scenario that, let’s say, would lead to a certain degree of ongoing instability, primarily in the political and economic spheres. And this, in essence, is the main criterion we should focus on. But it is also one of the possible scenarios.”

“We have no problem accepting this scenario either. I do not consider it favorable, and I do not think the situation will change overnight,” the PSD leader emphasized.

In conclusion, the PSD leader stressed that his party is currently in the opposition and believes that this should be taken into account by the parties in the current government.
