Andrei Sibiga
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga wrote about this on X.
“I had a good conversation with my Romanian counterpart, Oana Ceaușu. Ukraine and Romania are close neighbors and strategic partners who share a common interest in a secure and stable Black Sea region,” he wrote.
According to him, the Odessa Triangle with Moldova is already yielding results. Sibiga noted that Ukraine wants to build on this momentum and deepen practical cooperation among the three countries.
“A stronger Ukraine, Romania, and Moldova mean a stronger and safer Europe,” he added.
