In light of the restrictions in the Strait of Hormuz, our partners are asking us to increase our supplies. They are asking for as much as possible. Naturally, we face infrastructure constraints within the framework of Kazakhstan’s current production levels,” the minister noted.
The country is ready to increase the volume of oil transported via the Baku–Tbilisi–Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline from the planned 1.5 million tons to 2.2 million tons per year and more. This is reported by Reuters.
