In the third quarter of 2026, ODA also launched the ‘Export Accelerator’ programme, implemented with the support of the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the World Bank Group.
The programme aims to support up to 250 small and medium-sized enterprises in entering foreign markets through the assessment of export potential, the development of individual plans, mentoring and specialised consultancy.
As at 30 September 2026, 116 companies had been approved for the programme, and export readiness assessment reports had already been prepared for 30 of them.
Comment from the Head of ODA
‘Through our grant programmes, we support enterprises in investing in modernisation, new technologies, energy efficiency and the expansion of production capacity. The 432 projects approved in the first nine months of the year involve investments totalling nearly 400 million lei and the creation of over 2,300 jobs. For the ODA, both the volume of funding provided and the results achieved by businesses are important. We will therefore continue, in collaboration with the agency’s Board, to improve access to finance and assess the effective use of public resources,” said ODA Director Vadim Codreanu.
