This was discussed on May 27 at the meeting of the Working Group on the platform of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister GL1 “Elimination of restrictions in business activities”.

The meeting was dedicated to public discussion of the draft Law on Public-Private Partnership (PPP), developed by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization.

For the business environment, the draft creates a more predictable and reliable framework for investors, facilitating their participation in public-private partnership projects and helping to attract private capital for public interest projects, the Economic Council said in a news release.

Entrepreneurs are invited to express their opinion and submit proposals until May 29 through the particip.gov.md platform to finalize the document.
