From November 3 to 28, it is proposed to resume the individual registration of applicants for the assistance program, which will last from November to March. on the platform compensatii.gov.md. For those who apply later, the payment deadlines will be shifted by one month.
This year, the compensations will also be paid monthly by transferring money to the bank account opened in the name of the main applicant, social card. As before, the payments can be received at any post office in the country.
The information system will calculate the amount of compensation for each household depending on the family income, the number of its members and their status (minor, disabled, student), “so that the support is provided proportionally to the needs of each family,” according to an official government statement. The Cabinet of Ministers did not disclose the amount of funds reserved for this purpose.
Additional measures to verify the data in the applications are the same as in the previous heating season. The Cabinet warns that “the declared data will be cross-checked from the information systems of a number of institutions: the State Tax Service, the National Social Insurance Fund, the National Council for the Determination of Disability and Work Ability, the Public Services Agency, energy supply organizations, the National Employment Agency, universities and banks”.
