Ina Butucel, Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry (MAIA), noted during the forum that Moldova’s European integration creates new challenges, but also new opportunities for the agri-food sector.
“Local authorities and producers are working to increase competitiveness, modernize production processes, and adapt to European market standards. Investments in processing, storage, logistics, and modern technologies can increase the added value of Moldovan products and improve their positioning in foreign markets,” emphasized the MAIA representative.
