The goal of the program is to develop teachers’ digital competencies and the use of AI-based technologies in the educational process. The selected participants will undergo online and offline training, including a study session, which will be organized in Jeju Province in South Korea from October to November 2026.
According to the Ministry of Education, the program consists of four stages: online training sessions in June-July, trainings in Moldova in August, internships in South Korea and the final stage on practical implementation of digital education projects in schools.
The competition is open to primary and secondary education teachers with officially recognized qualifications and skills in the use of digital technologies. Teachers who teach STEM disciplines (exact and natural sciences) or work in institutions that are beneficiaries of digitalization programs will have an additional advantage.
The documents can be submitted until June 10, 2026. The Ministry emphasizes that this initiative is aimed at accelerating the digital transformation of the education system and promoting pedagogical innovation in Moldovan schools.
