The corresponding draft amendments to the Real Estate Cadastre Act have been submitted for public comment.
Currently, this information is provided to the interested party or their representative. the prosecutor’s office, law enforcement agencies, the State Tax Service, liquidators, bankruptcy administrators, persons entitled to inheritance, notaries, members of parliament, the Competition Council, and the Enterprise Development Agency, among others.
The draft also contains clear provisions regarding the legal regime and registration procedure for land parcels created for the needs of other real estate (access roads, recreational areas, and other similar facilities). The current procedure creates difficulties in maintaining the cadastre and exercising the rights of co-owners.
A plot created for the needs of other real estate must be registered. In this case, the identity of each co-owner is not specified, but the cadastral numbers of the real estate for which it serves are provided.
It is also proposed to introduce a provision into the law establishing the authority of the Agency for Geodesy, Cartography, and Cadastre to regulate the procedure for conducting cadastral survey work and preparing the relevant documentation.
