The purpose of this document is to establish a clear legal framework for the international road transport of passengers and cargo between the two countries, so that authorized operators can conduct their activities under predictable and well-regulated conditions.

The agreement aims to facilitate trade and mobility by streamlining administrative procedures and reducing barriers that may hinder the transport of passengers and cargo.

The initiative will also help strengthen bilateral economic relations and capitalize on opportunities for cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At the same time, the opening of transport routes will help position the Republic of Moldova as a transit hub and regional logistics center, facilitating the country’s more effective integration into international supply and transport chains.

Authorization for the Republic of Moldova to be represented in the negotiations on the Agreement was also approved.
