This was reported by the Belarusian website tochka.by, citing the agency’s press service.
According to the State Standard, products under the PIVOT POINT brand, manufactured by Klantrade LLC (Moscow, Russia), were included on the list.
“The products do not comply with the requirements of the Customs Union’s technical regulations… regarding safety and labeling: food additives declared by the manufacturer that are prohibited for use in the production of beer beverages are used in the production of these products,” the State Standard clarified.
In addition, three beer snacks from the Russian manufacturer Sprut LLC also failed testing. In all three cases, non-compliance with the requirements of technical regulations was found, as well as the presence of prohibited food additives in the products or their critical excess.
Fish products manufactured by Vityaz LLC (Russia) will not be sold due to an actual violation of moisture content limits.
Inclusion in the State Standard’s Register of Hazardous Products means that these goods may not currently be imported, stored, or sold within Belarus.
