This was announced by the Serbian public roads company Putevi Srbije.

The Serbian authorities specified that the only permissible way to pay tolls on the Belgrade Ring Road is using a TAG device registered on the Toll4All platform.

In a statement, the company said that according to Article 198, paragraph 13 of the Law on Tolls for the Use of State Property, category IV vehicles are obliged to use TAG devices to pay tolls. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the following penalties:

– legal entities: 500,000 – 2,000,000 RSD (approximately 4,250 – 17,000 Euros);

– responsible persons in legal entities: RSD 10,000 – 100,000 (approximately EUR 85 – 850)

– Entrepreneurs: RSD 10,000 – 500,000 (approximately EUR 85 – 4,250)

– Natural persons: 5,000 – 50,000 RSD (approx. 43 – 430 EUR)

Participants transporting through Serbia are strongly advised to verify that their TAG devices are correctly registered on the Toll4All platform and complete all necessary procedures before July 1, 2026 to avoid fines.
