According to the company’s website, Transgaz has included a €26.4 million project to increase the capacity of gas pipelines to the Republic of Moldova in the new National Gas Transmission System Development Plan for 2026–2030. The goal of these investments is to create a new cross-border connection to more effectively meet demand and enhance energy security.
The project involves the construction of a new cross-border connection with Moldova to increase natural gas transmission capacity. The estimated completion date for the project is 2032.
