“The State Migration Service in close cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has initiated the work of its separate branch in Chisinau, in order to serve more than 300 thousand of its citizens on the territory of the Republic of Moldova,” Ukrainian State Enterprise Document reported.
Thus, from Monday, October 27, mobile software and hardware complexes of the State Enterprise “Document” will start accepting application forms for documents. Mobile complexes will be located at the address: Stefan cel Mare Boulevard, 8 – at the UNIC store and will be open from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday.
The service will operate in a test mode.
Ukrainian citizens residing in Moldova can receive the following services in Chisinau without traveling to Ukraine:
- registration of ID-card or foreign passport (including replacement of lost or stolen one);
- ID-card or passport exchange (due to expiration date, change of information, unsuitability for use);
- exchange of a 1994 passport for an ID-card (at will or in case of unsuitability).
Admission of citizens to mobile complexes is carried out exclusively by prior appointment in the electronic queue on the website https://chisinau.pasport.org.ua/.
