According to the National Army’s Air Operations Service, the object was detected at 3:50 p.m. after crossing the state border near Dnestrovsk, in the Transnistria region. It was traveling from the direction of the village of Limanskoe in Ukraine’s Odesa Oblast.
Ten minutes later, the object crossed the state border again—this time in the opposite direction, from the Dnestrovsk area toward Limanskoe.
Moldovan authorities stated that the airspace violation occurred as a result of today’s Russian airstrikes on Ukraine. The military, together with its partners, continues to monitor the situation to ensure the safety of the population.
