According to Cecetkina, the facility was Rozetka’s main distribution center and enabled the company to process more than 100,000 orders per day.
The attack took place on the night of August 5 in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that it had struck seven logistics centers, which, according to the ministry, were used to store and distribute drones and components.
Among the facilities reported by the Russian side were logistics sites in the Kyiv region, including facilities belonging to companies in the retail and delivery sectors. These include the “Terminal Brovary” logistics center, the “Raben Ukraine” transportation hub, and the “Nova Poshta” sorting complex.
According to Reuters, strikes also hit a number of major commercial facilities in the region.
Rozetka has not yet reported the extent of the damage or the potential impact on the company’s operations. Restoring the largest distribution center may require a restructuring of the marketplace’s logistics.
It should be noted that Rozetka is Ukraine’s largest online store and marketplace, founded in 2005. The company is developing its own logistics infrastructure with distribution centers in several Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, and Zhytomyr.
According to the company, the platform features over 50 million products, works with more than 50,000 sellers, and processes over 100,000 orders per day. Rozetka is among the most-visited websites in Ukraine.
Rozetka does not disclose the marketplace’s total revenue for 2025. The published financial statements of the company’s individual subsidiaries do not allow for an assessment of the marketplace’s total sales volume, which includes tens of thousands of third-party sellers. It was noted that in 2024, its revenue increased by 17%.
