This growth was driven by medical services, which accounted for 99.85% of total sales at Î.C.S. Health Forever International, the company that operates the clinic. At the same time, the business faced rising expenses. Specifically, the cost of sales rose by 12.6% to 657.7 million lei, while administrative expenses increased by 17.6% to nearly 38 million lei.

Despite cost pressures, Medpark maintained its profitability growth. By the end of the year, the clinic had treated more than 165,000 patients, performed over 15,000 hospitalizations, and provided more than 16,200 outpatient consultations per month.

It should be noted that the clinic employs 908 staff members, including 280 doctors. Medpark operates nine specialized centers, including departments for cardiology, oncology, surgery, reproductive medicine, pediatrics, medical imaging, and laboratory diagnostics.

The company participates in the mandatory health insurance system. In 2026, Medpark signed a contract with the National Health Insurance Company worth 122 million lei. The list includes services in interventional cardiology, endovascular surgery, major joint replacement, vascular surgery, and surgical treatment of cataracts. According to the hospital’s estimates, approximately 3,000 patients will be able to receive these types of care by the end of 2026.

Medpark remains the only private hospital in Moldova with international accreditation from the Joint Commission International (JCI). In 2025, the Medpark International Hospital building also received LEED Platinum environmental certification.

Î.C.S. Health Forever International is owned by three Turkish companies: Summa Turizm Yatirimciligi (36.6%), Bravo Saglik Hizmetleri Egitim Ve Turizm Isletmeleri (35%), and Tinmed Saglik Hizmetleri Ozel Egitim Turizm Insaat (28.4%).
