
The FCA program includes a grant component linked to loans totaling 56.95 million lei (including 2.43 million lei in grants allocated in June).
The FCA program provides end beneficiaries with refinancing funds in Moldovan lei at a favorable fixed interest rate of 5.1% per annum. As of the end of June 2026, the financial benefit from these resources, compared to average lending rates in the banking sector, averaged 6.87 percentage points.
As of April 9, 2026, a new component, “Independent Agricultural Working Capital,” has been available under the FCA program. It provides financing for the current needs of agricultural enterprises to sustain their production processes, up to 500,000 lei per beneficiary. As of June 30, 2026, 83 agricultural enterprises had received financing under this FCA line for a total of 32.33 million lei.
The program operates in all regions of Moldova. However, it is most actively used by farmers in the northern regions of the country (311 projects, nearly 48% of the total).
To continue financing relevant projects in 2026, the FCA program has 118.75 million lei available in the form of loans and 27.05 million lei in the form of grants linked to loans provided to final beneficiaries.
