The institution has initiated a procurement process for specialized services through the electronic public procurement system. The process includes two separate audit missions: audit of financial statements prepared in accordance with the National Accounting Standards, as well as statements adapted in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards.
The purpose of this audit is to obtain an independent opinion on the reliability of the financial position, results of operations and cash flows of the organization. Particular attention will be paid to the legality of expenditures incurred, management of externally funded projects, and the correctness of public procurement procedures.
In addition, the audit will examine the personnel documentation and the personnel remuneration system. The audit firm that wins the tender must demonstrate full professional independence from ODA and its management.
