This legal phase is a crucial step toward establishing the necessary legal framework that will enable airlines to launch commercial routes, thereby promoting tourism, expanding economic ties, and enhancing citizens’ mobility.
As part of this project, the government must appoint an official delegation responsible for negotiating the text of the agreement.
The negotiating team will include representatives from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Civil Aviation Authority.
The delegation will be led by Mircea Păscălucă, State Secretary of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development, who will be authorized to initial the final document.
