The program will run from July through December 2026 and is designed to enhance the professional competencies of specialists who work with complex cases involving psychological support for victims of domestic violence.
During supervision sessions, participants will analyze specific complex cases of domestic violence, discuss possible approaches to providing psychological support, and share professional experiences.
Special attention will be given to developing strategies to prevent professional burnout and improving psychological support practices, taking into account the individual needs of social service recipients.
The program is intended to serve as a continuation of the professional training that began in 2025 as part of the continuing education course “Psychological Support in Cases of Domestic Violence.”
The professional training is being implemented in partnership with the nongovernmental organization “Institute for Family and Social Initiatives,” with financial support from the United Nations Population Fund in the Republic of Moldova.
