This was reported by the Chisinau City Hall. Of the 14 land plots put up for sale within the city limits, 11 were sold.
The most expensive plots offered at the land auction (measuring 17 sotok and 5.4 sotok, respectively) are located in the Ciocana and Rîșcani sectors. They were sold for 14.7 million lei and 14.1 million lei.
The other plots were sold at the following prices: 11.6 million lei (54 sotki, Rîșcani district); 7 million lei for a 5.4 sotkas plot in the Centru district; 2.8 million lei for a 5.9 sotkas plot in the Rîșcani district; and so on.
Plots for which no bids were received will be put up for sale at future auctions.
This is the first open-bid land auction organized by the Chisinau City Hall in 2026.
As a reminder, in 2025, the Chisinau City Hall organized two similar auctions, in August and December. As a result, plots totaling 100 million lei were sold. Of that amount, transactions in August totaled 43 million lei, and in December, 57 million lei.
