The bill aims to improve accessibility of financial services and reduce the need to travel to ATMs, which are often located a considerable distance away in the regions.

The use of virtual cash registers and the distribution of electronic receipts will also be encouraged. The obligation to print out a receipt on a tangible medium in the event that it is issued electronically is excluded.

At the same time, the operation of single contact centers for digital business services will be facilitated and the range of support services for companies will be expanded. The exchange of data in digital format will be further developed in order to save time and resources for entrepreneurs.

The adopted changes are also aimed at increasing export volumes through E-commerce platforms.
