
The ANSA management informed the students about the specifics of a veterinarian’s work in public service, emphasizing their high responsibility towards the civil society of the Republic of Moldova.
“For future veterinary specialists, the internship is an important stage in transforming theoretical knowledge into practical skills. Students will have the opportunity to work directly in the field, participating in epidemiological surveillance, sanitary-veterinary control and official documentation under the guidance of experienced mentors from the agency,” ANSA said.
ANSA representatives also spoke about the benefits available to future veterinarians who decide to work in the field after graduation, especially in rural areas (Government Resolution No. 611/2023).
In particular, these include:
- about a state allowance equivalent to 15 average salaries in the economy, paid in three equal installments during the first three years of employment;
- compensation for housing, heat and electricity costs.
Also, the leadership of the authority reminded the students about the opportunities for professional development offered to young people in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova on paid internships in the public service.
