Military parades were held in Chisinau and Balti on August 27 to mark the 35th anniversary of the Republic of Moldova’s independence.

The “Produs autohton” National Exhibition will take place at the Moldexpo International Exhibition Center on August 28–30. The event marks the 100th anniversary of the first such exhibition in Chisinau.

On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, staff members of the Agency for Agricultural Interventions and Payments (AIPA), under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Industry (MAIA), will hold another round of consultative seminars with agricultural producers and representatives of local administrations on funding prospects under the Strategic Agricultural Policy Program (PSPA).

The Investment Agency, in collaboration with partners in Moldova and India, is organizing a business forum to be held on July 20 of this year in Chisinau. The event will bring together representatives of international business, politicians, the leadership of the European Commission and major financial institutions.
