    The system for investigating accidents in rail, maritime, and air transportation will be reformed and brought into compliance with European Union standards. A bill on the investigation of transportation accidents and incidents will distinguish between technical safety investigations and criminal proceedings. The bill was drafted by the Bureau for the Investigation of Transportation Accidents and Incidents and is currently under consideration in parliament.

    The government is proposing to liquidate eight inactive state-owned enterprises, including the state-owned enterprise “Gaudeamus-Cinema,” which once operated the movie theater of the same name in downtown Chisinau. Demolition of the movie theater began back in 2018, and it was completely dismantled in March 2025. Now the authorities are proposing to liquidate the enterprise itself.
